We’re excited to announce new organizational structure for 2016!

We are pleased to announce exciting changes to the organizational structure of the company. These

changes have been carefully constructed to align Postec’s management and resources to address

current market conditions, efficiently pursue new opportunities and position the company for growth.

 

Through the remainder of this fiscal year Postec will be transitioning from a geographic branch to a

companywide departmental organizational structure. A departmental structure will allow us to create a

strong singular focus on every area of our business, implement uniform operational processes and

establish clear roles and responsibilities to more readily pursue broader opportunities.

Within this new structure, David Shaw and Sam Reynolds will serve as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of

the Board of Directors providing direction to Mike Seymour in his new role as President and CEO of

Postec. David and Sam will continue to perform active roles with focus on technical innovation,

strategy, marketing, sales and promotion.

In their new roles as Departmental Vice Presidents each current Branch Manager will immediately

assume companywide responsibility for their respective areas as follows:

VP of Hospitality Sales – Alan Wright

VP of Field Services – Brad Barberee

VP of Support Services – David Dickson

VP of Consulting Services – Rich Scala

Alan, Brad, David and Rich will work together to fulfill necessary local branch office functions as needed

during the transition period.

Dan Henkel will continue in his existing role as VP of Grocery/Retail. In addition to his duties as IT

Director, Keith Weber will assume broader responsibilities as Director of Operations.
