Personnel Changes and Promotions

Roswell, GA – January 1, 2005 — Effective today, Postec makes the following changes in the Carolina’s and TN markets:

Brad Barberee, David Dickson, and Rich Scala will become Branch Managers for their respective locations and will have responsibility for all Sales, Installations and Service Departments within their branch. They will have full responsibility for sales quota achievement as well as branch P&L. Each of these managers will report directly to David Shaw. Kenny Perry in his role of Professional Services for these branches will also report to me.

Joe Coppola will become the new Help Desk Manager reporting to David Dickson. Joe will have the responsibility of ensuring our high standards of support to our customer base. The current help desk staff will report to Joe.

Darren Cooke was promoted last month to Technical Support Manager with the responsibility for company wide dispatch and SC service support. Reporting to Darren are Bill Ashley, Joe Hiltabidel, Jeremy Miles and Kirk Traxler.
