Organizational Announcements — Nashville Operations

Roswell, GA – November 1, 2004 — Effective December 1, 2004 Postec, Inc. and Micros Systems, Inc. have agreed to transfer the Micros APR of the Nashville Branch to become a Micros District Office.

Postec, Inc. assumed this territory on December 15, 1999 when it opened operations at the current facility. It is currently staffed with Mr. Woody Miller (Sales) Mr. Cliff Fulton (Service/Installation) and Mr. Ken Hyndman (Service).

The new District office will be headed up by Mr. Wayne Dugger who currently runs the Micros San Fransisco District office and was previuosly employed by Tucker Business Systems of Savannah Georgia.

Postec’s Management feels this will be a win/win decision for both Postec and Micros since it will allow Postec to focus more efforts in the Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina markets. Postec will continue its sales and services for the IBM Ace Grocery Product in middle Tennessee.

Postec will be working directly with Wayne and the Micros team to insure a smooth transition of employees, customers, and business flow.
