POSTEC OPENS NEW SUPPORT CENTER

Roswell, GA -July 1, 2002 - POSTEC, headquartered in Roswell, Georgia with 6 offices throughout the Southeast has opened a new support center located in Greenville, South Carolina. The new support center houses a 24/7 help desk as well as Branch Operations for South Carolina.

Postec's Helpdesk is currently staffed with eight (8) 
full time agents certified on Microsoft, IBM and SCO operating systems as well as application software by Micros Hospitality Systems, IBM & NCR Grocery Scanning Systems, and Catapult Retail Systems. Postec's Support Center maintains its status as a Certified Microsoft Partner by requiring MCP and MCSE certifications for Operating System support staff.

All support calls are processed by a sophisticated Telavantage telephony system, which provides comprehensive call center reporting and monitoring. Additionally, support cases are tracked by HEAT Call Logging software to insure that all are closely followed to timely resolution.
