Merchant Distributors (MDI) January food is right where they are headquartered, Hickory, NC. This year, Postec is debuting complete store systems, including fresh item management products. Postec now carries Ishida scales, automatic wrappers, Invatron’s Fresh-Trax Grind Law solution, Invatron’s e-Plum management platform and several security options, including OpenEye & I3DVR with tools to better analyze store traffic and organization.
