Rich Scala joined Postec in 1995 as a field service technician working out of the Atlanta branch office. As a former restaurant manager with practical operational and previous technical experience, he personally understood the importance of quality POS installation and first-rate support. This insight led Rich to develop a strong passion and pride in Postec’s ability to deliver exceptional customer value.
Rich quickly brought his enthusiasm and knowledge to the installation and support of hundreds of hospitality, grocery and retail POS systems as a Postec lead installer and support supervisor.
In 2001 Rich relocated to Charlotte and as branch manager is currently responsible for all aspects of local branch operations. Rich maintains the same energetic approach to management and takes great pride in the results produced by the team under his guidance.
