Originally from New York, Joseph Coppola moved to South Carolina in July of 2001 and joined Postec in August of that same year as a customer service agent.

Joe’s strong technical skills, dedication to customer service, industry experience and willingness to accept responsibility made him the perfect choice to accept the position of LiveSupport Manager in 2005.

Since that time, Joe has overseen the creation and growth of the industry’s first and award-winning proactive support system – LiveHelp.
