David Dickson joined Postec early in 2000 as a customer service agent directly helping customers by resolving phoned-in issues within a traditional “helpdesk.” Demonstrating a willingness to assume responsibility, personal initiative, high technical competence and management skills, David quickly rose to the position of helpdesk manager by the end of that same year. In this position David watched over the innovative transition of the Postec helpdesk to the industry’s first proactive support offering – “LiveHelp.”

Since 2006 David has served Postec as Greenville branch manager with a focus on creating long term customer partnerships in the Hospitality, Grocery and Retail industries. David’s background in customer service, hands-on style and leadership skills serve both Postec team members and customers well.
